Dr. Julio A. Saldaña is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 34 years of experience in private practice in Tijuana. After completing his specialty in general surgery, Dr. Saldaña completed a four-year medical residency in Mexico City, earning his certification in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery. His distinguished career includes being an active member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery (AMCPER) and the San Diego Plastic Surgery Society.
